Second Mortgages Anniversary Card

The brown bag envelope and black letterpress on cotton paper give it a beautifully crafty, hand-made feel. My wife laughed out loud at the punchline, then kissed me — exactly the reaction I was hoping for. The texture of the paper alone makes it worth framing after we sign it.

The letterpress ink has a satisfyingly deep black that stands out beautifully against the soft white cotton. My wife laughed out loud when she opened it—the second mortgages line is perfect for us after refinancing last year. The brown bag envelope gives it a nice rustic touch.

The cotton paper has this subtle softness that makes the joke land even better — my wife laughed out loud before she even read the punchline. The brown bag envelope is a nice touch too, feels more personal than the usual white.
